I’ve got a good feeling about the market this spring! For both sellers AND buyers. With the market as hot as it is, I think we’ll still be in a solid seller’s market.
That means that if you’ve been waiting to sell your home, spring will be a great time to hit the market. But that doesn’t mean that it’s going to be a bad time to buy.
Quite the opposite actually! We’ll likely see some decline in demand, which means less competition when you’re buying and make for an overall easier buying experience.
